2. What the website is

This website describes what Ecompendi does and shows examples of its company data about online sellers in Europe. It is information about our services, not a data offer: it does not give access to a database, it does not guarantee coverage of any market, and nothing on it is a binding offer on fixed terms.

The counts, rankings and examples on the site are observations made on the dates stated next to them. Markets change, so a figure can be out of date the day after it was counted, and a company shown as an example is shown as we found it on that date.

3. Data deliveries

Lists, market views and other deliveries are provided under a separate agreement that sets the scope, the permitted use, the delivery, the timing, the limitations and the commercial terms of each engagement. Those agreements prevail over these website terms.

4. Permitted use

You may read the site and use its content for your own information, and quote short extracts with attribution and a link. You may not copy, scrape or extract the data tables, rankings or examples in bulk, republish them, or present them as your own. You may not use the contact form for anything other than genuine requests, and you may not try to interfere with the site or its security measures.

The website, its text, design, data presentations and code belong to Ecompendi SRL or its licensors. Names of companies, shops, platforms, providers and marketplaces appear as factual references and belong to their respective owners.

6. Liability

The website is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, Ecompendi SRL is not liable for decisions taken on the basis of website content, for interruptions, or for the content of third party sites we link to. Nothing on this site is professional, legal or financial advice.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version, and continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by Romanian law and by the applicable law of the European Union. Disputes that cannot be settled amicably go to the competent courts of Bucharest, Romania, without prejudice to rights that the law grants you as a consumer.
